Child care...

If I ruled the world assisted living facilities for older people would also be daycare centers for children.

"Grandparents" caring for "grandchildren" makes everybody happy. The elderly would have an interest, which would keep their minds in better condition (especially since children tend to ask questions). The children would have a source of unconditional adult love and attention, not to mention role models. It's good for the health and well being of all concerned. There would be trained supervisors, of course, but instead of 1 or 2 adults trying to keep up with 30 kids, there would be enough adults to go around.
